Parody Song Title:

"Squirrels Stay Up Late"

Parody Written by:

Scary Squirrel

The Lyrics

This was written as a strange birthday song to my friend Samantha. Don't ask.
(Chorus)
Squirrels stay up late plotting world domination
Beavers help them plot and control our nation

Squirrels, they are plotting every day and night
Making sure that no acorn guns are in sight
Sending out the message to all squirrel friends:
ONCE THEY TAKE OVER, EVERYTHING WILL END
Poor Emma, only she understands
All about the squirrels and their master plans

(Chorus)

What about the beavers, what do they do?
They're currently out hunting and searching for you
All the squirrel teens, they don't know what to do
But they have a message, they have one for you:
"Squirrel boys ain't hot, and they need rabies shots,
And Emma still won't listen, she still will not" (echo on 'not')

(Chorus)

So here's the bottom line and I hope it's clear:
Listen to a squirrel and you might stay alive
What happens if a beaver whispers in your ear?
Listen to the beavers if you hold your life dear
This song is really stupid and you beg it to end
A strange happy birthday from your squirrel friends

(Chorus)
I know I'm strange...

Pacing doesn't work at all

Jeff is right; I could not follow it at all. I gave up after the last few lines and voted 1-2-1. Normally I don't vote like that, but if the pacing is so bad and the parody itself is unfunny and meaningless, there's no way it would get high marks.
