I don't know why this parody wasn't up in the beginning of June, but for some reason it isn't. So I rewrote it. It's about saving myself from failing eighth grade, even though I knew there was hardly any chance of doing that unless I completely bombed my final exams. But that's what I was afraid of- that I wasn't smart enough to do well on them. Apparently I was, though. Also, these tests helped me get into advanced English next year, which is the only class I really enjoy. Yay!

Final exams saved all my grades
And I'm so glad I studied hard
God, I'm so relieved
I was terrified of failing math
But I pulled all of these all-nighters
And I aced my tests
I survived eighth grade
Now I can just relax
Only one more day till school's out!

And then I'll be in high school

For now I'll take summer off from

I just need to sleep for a long time

Okay, I know that kind of sucked. But whatever. It matches the pacing okay... I think.

There was a crash that cost a lot of parodies early in the month, chances are yours was lost, I had to repost my own "Nimrod Rock" for the same reason. Anyhow. . .good luck with the grades man, good parody

Ah that was probably the reason it didn't get posted. Yeah, I don't have school now, but I'll need luck next year, especially since I'm probably taking Advanced English. I'm glad you liked it!
