the pacing was pretty good, the parody wasn't funny, and It was not catchy at all.

Aww, I can't be mean, but I wish to give you some advice: when you write a parody, try to replace more words from the original song by words you think of yourself. Not every line in your parody has to rhyme with the original. Go check other parodies and you'll find out. I know it's not my place to judge, but it might help you on your way.

Thanks for th advice everybody, I'm new at parody writing and so really the advice is going to good use. I do agree that I used many of the original words and it isn't all that funny. The thing is many of the words went well with the parody version. I however myself believe the timing was good and overall it was very nice. I thought of it all on my own and I guess practice makes ones work better. Keep the advice coming. Thanks This site rocks

Cali, yes it might be crap but it was one of my first parodies. The reason I put it here was to learn from my own work. Maybe a parody like the one I wrote would only take you 2 minutes but it took me longer. (1st timer- lol). So really Cali.- whatever. I think it was good for a first timer and I now for sure I learned from my work. So whatever. I never said it was good. I never said I expected much. So I dunno what your point is. lol Thanks for the advice.
