The Lyrics

Because it hasn't been done! Btw, this is a revised version.
Don't want to be in American Politics
Take a mole hill, and cite it like a mountain
Oh can you hear the lies from the Capital
The sensational yellow type media

Welcome to the land of invention
We are in a celeb starved nation
Where everyone is followed by their ego
Jail cell vision dreams built in sorrow
We aren't capable to live on our own
Hey bud, I won't argue.

Well sure I'm a fagg*t America.
That's a label that fits your criteria
Now a comment cause you have no stance at all.
No comment to the issues that face us all.

Welcome to a horrible session.
All across the divided nation.
Where everyone is going to start a fight.
This is just a game to the cash cows.
Our votes are really never followed
Though the victors will argue.

Don't want to be in American Politics.
Our nation controlled by the popular.
Information ignored in front of ya.
It's been let out of criminal American.

We have the most guys in prison.
The only one who has all these problems
Where education is really now in vain.
The other countries laugh out in sorrow.
We're not the nobel men who you should follow
Sorry if the truth does hurt you.
Though, clearly I am liberal. . .I really am not a Republican or Democrat; both parties fit this parody. . .if the Democrats were truely liberal--I'd be a Democrat, and the Republicans, well I won't go there. . .extreme republicans hate me so much they want to discriminate against me in the constitution. . .some people on this site seem to understand the problems the USA has, some do not. . .

A very truthful look at American Politics and why I can't stand watching the news anymore.

So I can't figure out whether I'm a Republicrat or a Democan. Nice job, man.
Matthias - May 15, 2007 - Report this comment
Why exactly did you post this one again?
The Gay Voice - May 15, 2007 - Report this comment
Because there were some typo's in the old version. Also I figured my use of the word "fagg*t" (uncensored) was too inappropriate, so I reported to have that version deleted. See the thread "Admins, this parody needs to be removed" for details.

OK, I could understand it. Personally, I know I'm a Republicrat, and am dang proud of it. ALL THE REPUBLICRATS IN THE HOUSE, LET ME HEAR YOU SAY "YEAH"!

I'm really not into politics that much, and I think this song is a great song, and the sad thing about it is the fact that it is true. I think this song is great. Good job.

Hmmm, someone must have done this for me, I didn't actually repost it, but ok. . .thank you whoever stepped in as me.

Oh, and I agree with the idea of a mixed party Dylan, absolutely. . .This is cool that there is more than one "Gay Voice", afterall, it's a mutli-platform voice right?
Dylan Baranski - May 18, 2007 - Report this comment
Yes it is. The Republicrat Party is a party for all: black, white, yellow, red, gay, straight, smart, dumb, etc... Being that the party is the Republicrat party, that puts it in the middle, where the government should be.
