Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

my first submitted to AmIRight
Summer break has now past
The not bright school kids never last
Wake me up when this school year ends

Like last year and the year before that
The six week break went just like that
Wake me up when this school year ends

Here i am walking again
Walking up the road
Walking To School Again
Walking To My Doom

Oh No Its RE
It Clogs Up My Memory
Wake me up when this school year ends

Summer break has now past
The not bright school kids never last
Wake me up when this school year ends

Ring the depressing school bell again
Thats when boring History began
Wake me up when this school year ends

Here i am walking again
Walking up the road
Walking To School Again
Walking To My Doom

Summer break has now past
The not bright school kids never last
Wake me up when this school year ends

Like last year and the year before that
The six week break went just like that
Wake me up when this school year ends
Wake me up when this school year ends
Wake me up when this school year ends

Welcome to the monkey house, Jordan. I think I will try to point out have been rating you 3's so consistently. It was a clever idea, but a bit repititive, both in terms of the lyrics and the idea, spread out over the verses and choruses. I have no idea what RE is, either. People here are sticklers for pacing, too...advice here is to get ahold of the lyrics from the Internet and work with them, rather than your memory or a tape player, and count the syllables carefully. Hope this helps. Have fun here!
