Misheard Lyrics:
Take my hand as the sun ascends.
Original Lyrics:
Take my hand, as the sun descends.
Editor's note: Many lyrics sites have this line as "Take my hand, come under cover", whereas others have "...as the sun descends." Those two phrases sound completely different, yet when you listen to the recording, it's not completely understandable, yet Natalie Merchant sounds like she's saying something about the sun.
