Her neon mouth with the blinking soft smile.
Original Lyrics:
Her neon mouth with the blinkers-off smile.
Editor's note: This line is actually disputed, as various lyric sites give at least three possibilities; most of them say "blinkers-off", so I'm going with that one as correct until I see the liner notes of the album.
