Original Lyrics:
I'm from the 'Lou and I'm proud
The Loop is an area in U.City, the neighborhood in St. Louis where Nelly lives. He's really saying 'the 'Lou,' for St. Louis, but noone actually calls it that so I assumed he meant the U.City Loop.
