The translation is "You hate me", this is on all three english translations of the song at their official website. "You have me" is what the German translation is really supposed to be according to several German speakers who have corrected me. I've also been told it should be "Du hasst mich" if it's supposed to be hate. Personally, I don't care, draw your own conclusions, don't email me about it.
