From Brian Smith: It is about a conversation in a loud room with Sue and Rick (Frankie) of the Suburban Lawns. Sue asked me what I did for a living. I said "I'm a janitor". Sue heard "Oh my genitals". Rick thought it was funny, and worth writing a song. She is saying "I'm a janitor, oh my genitals..." etc.
