"Jeux sans frontieres" is french for the song title. From Email: The reason why "Jeux sans frontieres" sounds like "She's so popular" is that Kate Bush totally mispronounces the phrase. It should sound a little like "joo sahn frontYAIR", but he said "Joo san FRON-tee-errs" which is completely wrong. No wonder everyone thought it was "She's so popular."
