Song names are sorted by first letter, excluding A and The. This is sorted by song title only, not by song title and performer. So if two different performers preformed the same song, you'll see misheard lyrics for both on the same page (provided the song title was spelt the same both times, and misheard lyrics have been submitted for both!).

The Story: I thought I pretty much knew this song. Then I went to an exercise class where it was among the songs playing on the sound system. When it came to the first line above, all I could hear of it was as the misheard version I've cited. I was baffled as to what the real lyrics to that line were. So I tried to remember my mishearing until I got home and could a lyrics site. When I found the real lyrics of that line, They sort or kind of "rang a bell". - Submitted by: Corinne Auterlehr
