Story about this misheard lyric by: Rex Karz
I was singing this song during class when this song came out, I was in 7th Grade (1974). The guy in front of me turned around and said 'It's Hoochie Koo, dumbass!' I'll never forget that moment. It always makes me laugh every time I remember it.

"Rock and Roll, Hoochie Koo"
The Made Up Words:
"Rock and roll, hoochie koo, Lordy mama, light my fuse!" Probably a shortened form of "hoochie coochie," also made up.
