Albums aren't only known for their artwork, they can also be well known for an iconic piece of artwork that adorns the cover. Here at amIright, we're not content with parodying just the music and lyrics of songs, we need the whole package! Comments: This movie is an excellent example of what TV Tropes calls an Audience Alienating Premise. Well-made as it is, the movie is nonetheless too juvenile for horror fans who might otherwise appreciate a good scare, and too scary for the young fantasy fans who'd otherwise appreciate the fantastic dreamworld the young protagonist constructs before she gets sick and her feverish nightmares take it over. I've seen this one. Its target demographic appears to be kids who think they're so tough just because they can sneak into R-rated gore-fests like Nightmare on Elm Street and Friday the Thirteenth. Show them this one, and you get to watch them jump back in their seats at the "I'm blind!" scene.

Please. I grew up with the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Scanners, The Exorcist, and Maniac (rated X)! This film isn't that scary. Today's youth is brought up with Paranormal Activity fright gags of people being pulled upward on wires and scary shadow dwellers that suddenly appeared and disappear. The guy from Sinister looks like Michael Jackson with botched facial surgery! 4s
