Song Parodies -> Recordings -> Steven Cavanagh, 'Duet with Maul' Comments

May 9
a parody of "When You Say Nothing At All" by Ronan Keating
I managed to get Maul into the studio to do a duet with me, only to find that you just can't work with some people. After the way he carries on in 'The Phantom Menace' I should have known....

Decent song, I had listened to this one before. I have no idea how you got low pacing votes. Anyway, hope someone besides me is listening to your songs =)

The lyrics were quite good, managing to combine a lot of detail from the song and the movie quite well. The part I thought was the funniest was: "The horns on your head let me know I should fear you/You're a non-speaking part, so nobody can hear you." Sound quality and voice was very similar to the original song, no points off there. The finish was great.

Funny in a way. Would have been funnier if I listened to it 3 years ago 8o)

Came upon this site by accident - which is always the best way. I loved the lyrics and delivery - I'll have to get my son to show me the relevant bit on the DVD. I will get back into the site to get some more recent stuff when I finish my assignment .
