"Roach Motel" reminds me of a place I stayed in Mishiwaka, Indiana many years ago.

Same thing in a nearby area Patrick. There's a place called The Ranch Motel that people call The Roach Motel. Filthy, dirty, tagged, unkept, prostitutes, broken down vehicles, drugs, and bums. However, the lovely country kitchen next door has steak and eggs for $5!!! Just park your car down a few blocks!!! The motel sometimes says No Vacancy. The kitchen has a sign: No Vagrancy!!!
