"Another Hobbit's Tale: The Album"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

The following is a six parody tribute to LOTR. This is mostly for organizational purposes, and to plug six of my songs :c). The parodies are designed to proceed chronologically through different events in LOTR. This means they are designed to be logically read in order, starting at the top.

The following is a rather geeky breakdown of what each parody deals with in relation to the books/movies. The first two parodies deal with the first book/movie, the third and fourth parodies deal with the second book/movie and are from non-hobbit perspectives, and the fifth deals with events that took place in the second book, but didn't appear in movie form until the third movie. The sixth is a grand finale epic style parody that runs through the whole LOTR story. Enjoy.

Only the cold do not titter
When reading tunes by 2nz the boss
The bold 2nz is strong in the withers
And never is 2nz at a loss
From the ashes of vote-loss is woken
An album of Lord Of The Rings
The words of our 2nz shall be spoken
And frownless again shall we sing!

Thanks for the continued support, Johnny, and the masterfully odd and poetic comment. And Arwen, there will always be a special place in this hobbit's heart for the sexiest elf he knows ;c).

You're very welcome, 2nz. For those who might not know, my comment was a parody of Bilbo Baggins' prophecy about Aragorn, King of Gondor:

All that is gold does not glitter
Not all those who wander are lost
The old that is strong does not wither
Deep roots are not reached by the frost
From the ashes a fire shall be woken
A light from the shadows shall spring
Renewed shall be blade that was broken
The crownless again shall be king

Ok, I just read all of your parodies, and they are fantastic! So funny, so right on for pacing, and way too many great lines to mention. Bravo, 2nz!

A riddle from the Bagginses--A box without hinges, key or lid, yet golden treasure inside is hid... The answer? The homepage of "Another Hobbit's Tale"! 555

2nz- you mentioned this series in reply to one of my postings; just went through them all- great stuff. I'll vote for the here, since your good individual vote tallies are still showing from before the vote-loss thing. 5's
