My first shot at doing holiday song parodies...
Artillery is firing, are you list'nin?
Up ahead, a IS-2 tank is burnin’
an awesome sight
the Waffen SS prowls the night
fightin' in Hitler’s Fatherland!
Gone away is the Luftwaffe
here to stay is the 8th Airforce
as they love to bomb
the 88s are constantly fed rounds
fightin' in Hitler’s Fatherland!
In the meadow we can build a tank trap
then pretend that it’s solid ground
Hitler Youth armed with panzerfausts
stay hidden
gotta hit those T-34s before they reach our town!"
Later on we'll conspire
to draw the enemy’s fire
to face unafraid
the Red Horde on its way
fightin' in Hitler’s Fatherland!
In the spring we can join the Volkssturm
led by Goebbels, that Propaganda Ministry clown
we'll have lots of fun making war with the Red Army
until the majority of us get mowed down!
Operating a PAK, ain't it thrillin'?

the old fashioned German way
