Pardon the interludes of non-singing and the stage directions; i wrote this a long time ago in play format (with talking between the singing parts) and i was too lazy to modify it for just song format. all the characters are mine, etc... the boys are all in detention, btw....
BILLY: (glumly) I hate it. It’s not fair. Whose stupid idea was it that you should get detention on your first tardy?
JOE: (glumly) Or the first time you talked in class?
FREDDIE: (glumly) Or your first time sleeping through a lecture?
JIM: (in ripped jeans; glumly) Or your first dress code violation?
SAM: (glumly) Or your thirteenth cell phone offense?
(they all stare at him)
SAM: (defensively) Well, maybe it was only my tenth.
PHIL: And then to have the luck of being stuck in Lyons’ room with no lunch.
JIM: And no girls!
SAM: And no cell phone!
FREDDIE: (loudly) I have mine!
ALL: Shhh!
PHIL: Do you want him to hear you?
(big sighs)
FREDDIE: (rubbing his stomach) I’d kill for a PB and J right now.
JIM: (dreamily) A big fat burrito.
PHIL: Chicken enchilada.
SAM: Pizza.
FREDDIE: (longingly) Chocolate milk!
BILLY: Jamba juice!
JOE: Caramel macchiato!
JIM: Powerade!
PHIL: Coca-cola!
ALL: (SIGH!)
BILLY:
Choc’late chip cookies and Cheez-its and Cheetos…

Hot dogs and French fries and spicy Doritos…
