Parody Song Title:

"It's a Madness I Proclaim"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

I’m bereft of any knowledge
I should have gone to college
Instead I have no shame
Cos’ the knowledge I embraces
Has, in fact, made me a racist
And I look for ones to blame

I admit I get real giddy
When saying something witty
“Go back from whence you came!”
With me it’s not correctness
It’s just facile indirectness
It’s a madness I proclaim.

Oh why
On earth be shy
My notions you deplore
Facts are nothing true so why should I explore
They give me fits
I’d be ignored

I will shout about my illness
And bark into the stillness
And raise a little Cain
The spotlight I’ll be hoggin’
Showing off my empty noggin’
With the nothing I contain.

I'm a conservative Republican. Please explain this song to me...very slowly and don't use big words! (I'm just jerking your chain in return. This is actually well executed, and I'll score it as such, even if I don't endorse a single word of it) ;D

Mr. Ribber, this is simply a song about prejudice and not about parties. Honest! After posting it, I realized it may be taken the wrong way, so I apoligise if there was a percieved slight. No offense intended! And I'm glad you liked the execution. You see...we can all get along! I'll add an explanation in the future and be more careful.

And I apologize if I questioned your humanity. I have no doubt you are a good dude. As Tom Lehrer said, "If you do satire, you're sure to offend somebody!" Peace, my friend. ;)

Hey ET (ET?)...this was great! Sharp observation combined with clever use of language always gets my vote. And (sorry OMR) I saw NOTHING partisan in this parody...555

You're assuming I'm human! ;) Thank you Old Man, and thank you Kristof. Peace to both of you!
