Saw several women over the weekend with tattoos of words on their necks. Didn't get close enough to read. One gal had Chinese characters on her legs. She was not Chinese. I think I did see a gal with wings on her back. I hope it was a tee shirt, but I could be wrong. One man with nipple rings. Ouch! That has to hurt.
