Parody Song Title:
"Simon Cowell"
The Lyrics
Well, I'm auditioning for American Idol
In my simple hometown of Washington, Seattle
And I practiced so much to impress the judge
While I get too nervous, I eat too much fudge
Oh I tried to sing high and tried to sing low
Not quite sure how the lyrics could even be showed
But I rock from the heart, I sounded like soul
So I kept trying gospel and then, rock and roll
On the day I went to the grand convention hall
Many cried as they left the room, flat on they fall
By noon they called me in and I was too shocked
Went into the room, where the doors sounded locked
There is Randy and Paula Abdul sitting there
And some weird guest judge who had long black hair
Then the glare from his eyes was sharp as an owl
The honest Brit judge called Simon Cowell
Oh, I sang this song to impress the judge's soul
But then somehow Cowell gave me shoulders so cold
Paula and Randy and guest loved how I sing
But all gave me 'no's and that really stings
