The Lyrics
In a surprising development, Rick Santorum takes two Southern States that should have gone to Gingrich. He did well and may do better if he can manage his mouth and make up with the women of America over contraception and other issues like women in the military, etc... before Election Day. But still, as long as none of the candidates bail and the votes are proportional in most states, there is no way that Santorum will be able to bridge the gap with Romney and no way Romney can reach 1144 delegates. Someone has to pull out for either to win. Santorum now has the momentum as Romney needs to recover and Newt barely has a chance to win states if not the South! I live in Cali, so this time we are relevent for a change as long as none of the candidates pull out!

Any momentum that Santorum has gained can be easily countered by saying, "Sure, he has a few wins, but it's all in the South where Obama has no chance of winning, anyhow. Meanwhile, he's been soundly beaten in every swing state. So, is this the strategy we want to defeat Obama. Nominate a guy who can only win in the South?"
I don't like Rick Santorum and besides, he can't win anyway if they all stay in. He can attempt to bridge the gap with Romney but every vote for Gingrich and Paul ultimately take away proportional allocation of delegates and he won't make it. Romeny in many scenarios/projections will fall short of 1144 by either a little or a lot. so the REP race is a mess. With so many delegates left, this is still a 4 man race. Gingrich and Paul should bail to narrow, but they won't so far!!!
