Since the 9/11 attacks the CIA began using a secret torture plane to transport suspects all over the world to other nations outside the US for detainment, interrogation, and torture. Since they are outside the US, they have no rights and can be detained forever. The CIA plane is a Gulfstream V business jet yet used for CIA covert purposes. It has the tail number of N379P and is operated by a ficticious airline Premiere Executive Transport Services (PETS) with fake owners on paper with newly issued SS numbers and no history whatsoever- false entities. As such, the PETS plane is accepted at all US military air bases and fields as well as all US military refueling points across the globe. The suspects are taken from any number of nations where captured, hooded, and even beaten on the plane. They just disappear from their families and are seldom heard of again. This was approved during the Clinton Administration and then renewed by Bush and then Obama. It is still operating. This policy is called rendition and existed before 9/11. It can be carried out anywhere in the world. Human rights activists have tried to intervene but to no avail.The plane has been issued new tail numbers over the years and a new fake owner. The plane was delivered in 1999 and started operating in 2000. After 9/11 it began being used by the CIA for suspect Al Qaida members and other terrorists from around the world. Some were handed-over to nations for trial and execution while most are still missing. Those that stood trial claimed that it is a torture jet to deliver them to secret torture facilities all over the world run by the US to avoid both US and International Law.
