 (MP3)
Original Performer:

Parody Song Title:

"Tale of Nazi German Negro"

Parody Written by:

Robert D. Arndt Jr.

The Lyrics

Unique story of Hans Massaquoi, German-born son of an African prince and a German mother who grew-up inside Hitler's Germany. Although not hunted down like Germany's Jews and Roma, Hans was publically shunned by the Nazis yet was accepted by his co-workers during WW2. He even applied to join the German Army, but was rejected by the officers due to racial impurity. Nevertheless, he survived the war, but could not emigrate due to the fact that he was a German citizen!!! The irony...
Tale of Nazi German Negro
spared his life

Very few German-born mulattoes
I ain’t lyin’
Skin color survivin’

Nazis couldn’t stand it
Hans bein’ around
African prince was his daddy
In Hamburg, German mother stood her ground

Tale of Nazi German Negro
spared his life
The entire time

Nazis hunted Jews
Nazis hunted Jews
Nazis hunted Jews
But not you somehow
Hans Massaquoi was spared
Not persecuted by SS
Just shunned by crowds

Dichotomy
Tale of Nazi German Negro
spared his life
(survived, was Editor of “Ebony”)

I once knew a Jewish lady who came to the United States in the 1930's or early 40's. When the war started she was required to register as an "enemy alien" due to the fact that she had entered the country on a German passport. Germany had African colonies. Unlike the case with the French, it appears few, if any natives were allowed to come to Germany.

I was watching a movie last night called "Inglourious Basterds" Starring Brad Pitt, Don't know if you've seen it or not, but it's about Nazi's and Hitler, But anyway Nice parody, Nazi's hated everyone that wasn't German, But I love this parody, and every one you do like it! :-) 5's!

This stuff is terrible. The pacing isn't even close, for example. This a parody site. Your material, though sometimes informative, reads like a freshman composition broken into arbitrary lines. Why not try to write parodies of songs instead of randomly chopped up prose?!

Oh the irony, next thing you'll know there's a black KKK.

MP, a similar thought crossed my mind! You learn something new everyday. As for the commentator Enough!, get over yourself. WHO are you to tell anyone what to do??? I like Rob's stuff and so do others. What have you parodied Mr. Anonymous!!! 000 for your rude comment.

Max, I once saw an account of a mob action that implied that in at least a few cases, Black men rode with the KKK to deal with local crimes affecting both communities. A Black man of my acquaintance had a Black grandfather who rode with a Texas Confederate cavalry unit during the Civil War.
