Britain's MI5 Occult Bureau discovered in the late 1930s that the British Order of the Golden Dawn which had ties to the German Thule Gesellschaft (Society) had tried to construct an occult disc aircraft found in a lodge building in Hampshire. It was called the Starfire Levitor, but the RAF which was refused access to the confiscated craft by MI5 (involved in the occult themselves) nicknamed the machine both "The Unholy Machine" and the "Blue Demon". MI5 experimented on the craft up until 1942, but then there is no information on what happened to it. It is unlike Searle's attempted postwar disc or any of AVRO Canada's designs which were based on German types designed by Richard Miethe. It is not known if the disc was fully or partially completed when discovered. Some claim it actually flew but was dismantled due to severe instability...
