The Lyrics
A man named Arthur Loache worked for a chemical company in Britain and did a study on both large stationary chemical-strength bubbles to fight the V-1 as well as generator-producing circular column chemical bubble barriers. "Fuzz" is not correct AFAIK as the device was referred to as the Ublo (U-Blower) based on the funny U- shaped spinning generator used at a test airfield to generate the circular bubble stream. Loache wanted huge Ublo machines situated all over London to produce a continuous bubble shroud over the city to thwart the V-1 through ingestion of the bubble chemical mix to flame out the crude pulsejet.
