The Lyrics

The failed Munich Beer Hall Putsch of 1923 sent Hitler to prison and other Nazi leadership, but a blood flag (Die Blutfahne) survived of the 16 martyrs and was used to consecrate other flags and swear SS in. It was last seen with it's keeper SS man Jakob Grimminger in October 1944. After that it disappeared. Was it destroyed or captured by the Allies, rescued, buried, or shuttled away? No one knows. Most believe the now occult object still survives...
Die Blutfahne? No clues...
From '23 to '45

Always in view
Nazis Sieg-heilin'
Hitler smilin'

16 martyrs died for it
A Blood Flag to be proud
Used in Nazi ceremonies
It attracted quite large crowds

Die Blutfahne? No clues...
From '23 to '45
Did it survive?

SS sworn to
Blessed the new
Often flew
Until October 1944
Keeper to bear
Sworn to secrecy
Searched his place, there no more...

'Since '45 missing
Die Blutfahne? No clues...
Will resurface in time
(Such power of an occult thing)
