This is a serious topic about South American "Forced Womanhood" where young Brazilian teen boys are taken from the streets or jail by sex slavers to be turned into she-males due to their androgynous looks (very common in Brazil). The boys have to endure surgery for breast implants, lip augmentation, facial surgery, forced to take estrogen, have their eyebrows plucked and body hair removed- all for male prostitution. Many are forced to work the streets and are known as "Butterflies" for obvious transformation reason while some are high priced She-males that command $1000 and act as escorts for rich straight men that prefer exotics. I wrote about this in an article to a men's magazine in the 2000s about how damaging it was and of course the famous mag rejected it b/c they promote sexuality and perversion. I was rejected according to form letter for unacceptable content more suited to a niche market. The article was a serious one, not a letter to the editor of why that mag didn't feature she-males.
