With Obama's second inauguration there is a spirit of at least some hope for the US while the re-election of Netanyahu reminds of his promise to hit the Iran nuke sites by Spring 2013 (in months) which could trigger both a regional war and a larger war. While the US worries about financial matters (as does the EU), France is engaged in Africa over terrorism and Syria is still killing its people after 2 years. Al Qaida is still not dead and intends to make progress in Asia, Africa, and every part of the globe they can. The threats of global terrorism are real and the threat of an Iranian bomb is a nightmare to everyone. The bombing is years overdue and in 2013 it is the limit of Israel's patience.
