Parody Song Title:

"The Kerry Pokey"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

this was written for the ski crowd, a long time ago; something about
slippery slopes made me think of Kerry
He puts his right foot in
His right foot in his mouth
He puts his right foot in
And he contradicts himself
He does the Kerry Pokey
And he turns his words around
That's what he's all about

He puts his left foot in
His left foot in his mouth
he puts his left foot in
And he contradicts himself
He does the Kerry Pokey
And he turns his words around
That's what he's all about

He puts his right hand out
He puts his right hand out
He puts his right hand out
And he contradicts himself
He does the Kerry Pokey
And he turns his words around
That's what he's all about

Now he's got both hands out
Now he's got both hands out
Now he's got both hands out
And he shakes his head about
He does the Kerry Pokey
And he contradicts himself
That's what he's all about

He keeps his real side in
He puts his "good side" out
He keeps his real side in
Hard to tell what he's about
He does the Kerry Pokey
And he contradicts himself
That's what he's all about

He puts his nose in
Can't get his nose out
he puts his nose in
And he contradicts himself
He does the Kerry Pokey
And he shuffles all around
That's what he's all about

He's backin' up again
He's backin' in and out
He'll put more taxes in
"Just the rich"--oh sure, no doubt
He does the Kerry Pokey
And he contradicts himself
That's what he's all about

He puts his head in
Can't get his head back out
He puts his head in
And he shakes it all about
He does the Kerry Pokey
And he twists his words around
That's what he's all about

He's got his whole fist in
He's got it in his mouth
He's got his whole fist in
And he shakes it all around
He does the Kerrrrry Pokey
And he contradicts himself
That's all that he's about

Royce - even just the image of John Kerry/Herman Munster actually dancing the Hokey Pokey is a LOL for me! 5's

Royce, excellent job. This candidate sure does contradict himself. No he doesn't. Yes he does. No he doesnt.

Actually, it's Georgie Bush who puts his right foot in, and then needs a combination podiatrist-dentist. Kerry looks like Herman Munster? Georgie looks like Alfred E. Neuman. Who would you rather have your President look like? Actually, I'd rather have mine look like Bill Clinton, but that dang 22nd Amendment got in the way.

Michael--so glad to hear from you, as always. I was just delivering as I promised, my Kerry parody; gotta love me for that.
