I could imagine a normal office week,
Without kids for a day,
A five-day week-long streak,
This Bring a Kid to Work Day, I’ll see it through,

I could imagine where worker’s kids are few,
And no one at work shows,
What their children can do,
Yet, Bring a Kid to Work Day, I’ll see it through.

It’s almost unbelievable,
That this day had won most hearts,
But it’s just as inconceivable,
That this day had to start,

I could imagine a mess and coffee spills,
From kids who cannot hide,
Their lack of business skills,
Still, Bring a Kid to Work Day, I’ll see it through.
