Swimmers all die for their sport
They practice night and day
But I prefer understand
And know their social ways

A hang out with friends
May be quite essential
But teammates are a swimmer's best friend

A praise may be great
But it won't help the effort
On a normal day
Or help you at the YMCA

Coaches grow cold
As teams grow old
And we all lose our sport in the end

But people who fly or IM
These friends don't die away

When an athlete needs a dry life
