The media do not decide such things, particularly when massive vote fraud is afoot as is clearly the case in this election; a patchwork of lawsuits in court and votes by state (and possibly federal) legislatures will decide this election's ultimate outcome.
The only massive fraud afoot is Trump and his Fascists subverting people's right to vote and have their votes counted.
