Original Performer:

Julie Andrews

Parody Song Title:

"Raxacoricofallapatorius"

Parody Written by:

Susanna Viljanen

The Lyrics

Doctor:
Um diddle diddle diddle um diddle ay
Um diddle diddle diddle um diddle ay

It's...
the planet Raxacoricofallapatorius!
Even though the sight of it
Is something quite notorious
It's paradise of four poles -
burgundy seas so gracious

All:
The planet Raxacoricofallapatorius!
Um diddle diddle diddle um diddle ay
Um diddle diddle diddle um diddle ay!

Rose Tyler:
When I was just a space novice
and planets did not know
and alien were all aliens these
it was a fearful show -
But then I learnt to use with ease
The TARDIS - rest you know -

All:
The nicest world I've ever seen
And this is how it goes: Oh!

The planet Raxacoricofallapatorius!
Where people are of calcium -
Is something quite so wondrous
come and spend there infinitum!
You'll always find ameliorous -
the planet Raxacoricofallapatorius!

Um diddle diddle diddle um diddle ay
Um diddle diddle diddle um diddle ay!

Doctor:
I traveled all around the space
And everywhere I've been
I'd never found a nicer place,
ain't better planet seen

Rose:
Where finest food is marble stew
and candies are all lime
they drink Ca(OH)2
at five o'clock tea time

All
Oh..
The planet Raxacoricofallapatorius!
Where seas are red and skies green
and people all so amicious
There's nothing that can compare
the planet so celestious
the planet Raxacoricofallapatorius!
Um diddle diddle diddle um diddle ay
Um diddle diddle diddle um diddle ay!

Doctor:
So if you need a holiday
or want perhaps day off
There's no need for dismay
that's a planet nice enough
It gives new meaning to "stoned", say
- you'll get to rock enough!
When you order beer, then you sure may
get a bitter stout!

Slitheen:
We are an outlaw family
they want us dead or alive!
Another Dr. Who parody. The planet Raxacoricofallapatorius is described as a paradise inhabitated by peaceful aliens whose metabolism is based on calcium. The snake in the paradise are the Slitheen family, who are interstellar outlaws.

Is that REALLY the name of their planet, Susanna? It sounds like a medical term for a "woman's condition"! Enjoyed it!

Agrimorfee, yup - that is the name of the planet. The planet is encountered on the episode 'Wold War Three', where the Slitheen outlaws are about to blow Earth to pieces because of the calcium here. The Raxacoricofallapatorians have giwen reward of the Slitheen - they are interstellar outlaws.
