The Lyrics
In context of what a rotten year 2021 has been (on the whole), I thought it rather appropriate to parody a Christmas song which also has a rather checkered origin as it was originally intended to be rather melancholy. As such, this is taken from the original version as Judy Garland first sang it more than three quarters of a century ago.
Have yourself a scary locked down Christmas;
Cower in your room.
If you took
Clot shots, you may soon meet your doom.
If you trusted in the media fools,
And believed their lies,
Next year, we
May see you dropping just like flies.
Then, next year, if you're down below,
Greet Hitler's pal Joe... Mengele.*
And some Commies—also named Joe—**
May be there also... in Hell.
Very soon, whole cities will be burning
In an awful row;
As markets implode, people will throw a cow!
So have yourself a scary locked down Christmas now.

**(For one, Joseph Stalin a.k.a. "Uncle Joe" as our military and politicians sardonically used to refer to him during his bloody and despotic reign; and I can think of at least one other election-fixing Commie totalitarian tyrant named "Joe" who would like to do to America what that "Joe" did to Russia... if he still had enough brainpower to entertain any such personal ambitions, that is.)
