The Lyrics

This one's for you, LCC......Note: in the title and title line I shortened your name to just LC for pacing purposes...So, you're either Little Cups, or Little Cakes..take your pick
Here in "Amiright" land
We write parodies,
A Cutie Pie named "LCC"
Comments on these..
Some guy she's mentions
No one sees,
She calls him Cowboy Dave..

Don't know if he's real
Or western fantasy,
When she writes of him,
It's quite romantic'lly..
Makes us wonder, constantly,
How might he behave...

Does he sing,
Does he ride out herdin' cattle ?
Does he swing,
Tough, like John Wayne in a battle ?
With his dukes,
(Two pretty good dukes),
Highly rated
Like she's stated,
Rugged handsome man to please her,
Not some balding aged geezer..

Good to her,
Wearing chaps,
Perhaps a spur..
Our curiosity won't save..
Is he a real square shootin'
Gibson, Hoot-in',
Wranglin' man..
With boots for scootin'..
LC's Cowboy Dave ?

She always talks about her Cowboy,
LC's Cowboy Dave..

(Wond'rin 'bout her Cowboy),
LC's Cowboy Dave..

She's going to love this one AFW! I know I did! Little Cup Cakes you've become a good friend to all us Amirighters out here because even though you don't write your own parodies you're always dropping by to give us a happy word. Cabo-Wabo.

Great tribute to Little Miss CupCakes and her Cowboy Dave! To me she's always been a fair princess with her noble comments. I know how she got her name. She's such a sweet young lady and a great friend. I remember her commenting on my parodies as UnKnownPO and LilHollyDaisy. Take 555 Cupcakes.

Great tribute as others have said, and she has commented on many of my parodies, as well as those of many other writers with a special emphasis on AFW, Alvin and John Barry. I couldn't see myself modifying another person's username, so I just used my name to submit this comment. 5s.

sir L'Air de Farce, ~The Mighty duke0'Edge~ you are truly as awesome, as the Vaquero of whom you write! Yes, Dave was/is a real NorCAL cowboy; was listed in the Hollywood's Stuntmans Assoc. some years back.

Sir l"Air de Farce, I adore your writes, expecially those regarding my historical NorCAL moments: ode to DearHeart, and LadyCupCakes, now CowboyDave . . . You are the 1st to pen my legacy, Sir! And you do it with the same tinge of humor that has set my chartered course on this earth! . .. but Dave would be the first to howl the loudest, if he were to read this! He loved to be teased . . . about his looks, his Macho presence, his riding, his misguided purchases of Bulls, and the Portuguese Ranchers were merciless in their teasing! but he craved their attention, and they still talk about Dave to this day, even from their wheelChairs! Ay Cohiba, Sir ! award !

Thank you so much, Lil Cup Cakes...Glad to hear more about Cowboy Dave...very interesting...You mentioned him so often, that I thought he must've been someone who meant a lot to you...Very good wishes to you and Dave...Wish I could talk you into writing parodies...you sound like such an interesting person, and I'm sure you could convey some of your life adventures and memories in very creative and jounalistic ways

Sir L'Air de Farce, this write still has that ~Cabo Wabo ~ and yes, just seeing DaveC or even hearing his voice, as they would ride up the dry creek bed . . . could still make my knees 'cabo-wabo', too! mucho Gracies, El Capitan de Musica Suprema !

I know that you love Westerns AFW, so 555 (even though Eastwood is absent in the lyrics)! I am trying to use a western-themed OS to describe the RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) constable from "When Calls the Heart" tv series. It's a romance between teacher Elizabeth Thatcher and Mountie Jack Thornton set in a western coal town in the 1890s. RCMP= 4 syllables and the full designation = 10 syllables. I could just use Mountie as 2 syllables but can't think of an OS that is western, except maybe Glen Campbell's "Lineman" so far. Any tips???
