Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

Have you seen the supersized
Up on Hippo avenue,
Struttin proud, like they don't care
Gonna' need streets wider there..

Scared cops just let them frolic
Tank tops are quite symbolic
They keep comin' back
For another Big Mac....(Ohh..)

If you're fat,
And folks kept leering,
when you sat,
Instead of hearing
Fabric splits..
Put it on, what fits!

Chubby types
Poured into blue jeans
Pressured pipes,
Enough for two jeans
Should skip grits..
(And) Put it on, what fits!

Dressed too tight and small is such a stupor,
Almost hides the wall..they're each a grouper
(what a blooper!)

Drop "eight" size
And take the "twenties"
Need tent buys
To hide those Plenties,
Plus arm pits..
Put it on, what fits!

--------wide instrumental break--------

Over cal'ried plumps and over sleazy,
Cellulited rumps roll bright and breezy,
Cottage cheesy...

Stop erupting like volcanoes,
Mirror up and throw away those
Form fit knits..
Put it on, what fits!

Put it on, what fits!

Put it on, what fits!

AFW's parodies meet Peter Gabriel's "Big Time" in more ways than one! Funny work, AFW :)

You described the 'fat' scene quite well. Include my mall as a hang-out for fat-stuff...in tight clothes. Very funny!! Well done! 5's

Thanks, adagio...I haven't conducted any fat studies, but in experiences and observations, I've found that large percentages of people who fall into this category, do not even believe they are fat. I think they reach a comfortable level of self denial, through a series of mind game mental arrangements. Still, who am I to judge and analyze. There, but for the lack of a few more dozen Whoppers, or Macs, a month, go I.

"Tank tops are quite symbolic" was my favorite among several clever lines.

Farce - Misquoting the Steely Dan OS of "Deacon Blues":

This is the way of the expanding pants. This fits the OS perfectly - no alterations needed.
