The Lyrics

In June 2014, there was a case where KSNT sports reporter Alex Weibel impersonated vaudeville actor Ed Wynn at the “Germanfest” event in Topeka, KS, which caused some local citizens to stop attending the event. He hosted his titular variety show on CBS from September 1949 to June 1950. As Wynn himself would’ve said, “This year, the event’s gonna be different, y’know…”

One show, the jokes seemed in vain,
Someone whose voice seemed insane,
It’s “The Ed Wynn Show”, can’t you see?
“The Ed Wynn Show” on TV,

He hosted it ‘way back when,
May I not hear it again,
An outdated show, not for me.
It’s “The Ed Wynn Show” on TV.

His show ran in the fall,
How old and gray the world was then,
I won’t hear him again,
Sometimes his show is in the news again...

Though I think it was irate,
“Germanfest” isn’t more great,
I quit watching it; that’s just me,

Remind me, did we ever resolve why you write so poorly? Was it because you’re lazy or stupid? Eh, I guess “both” could work here too. Just curious ‘cuz you don’t often see sequential lines ending with the same word “again”, but you knocked it out of the retard park with “Though I think it was irate, “Germanfest” isn’t more great”. How you don’t drown in your own drool is beyond me. PS if ya need another username, Flakespeare is probably available.

This parody made perfect and total sense. The use of “again” at the end of a line twice in a row is actually in the OS: “But Spring came by again/And Mother Earth is young and shy again.” Still doesn’t hold a candle to “Rhythm Steps” though. Also, tomorrow is the 10-year anniversary of the Alex Weibel/Ed Wynn incident at Germanfest 2014, which is documented through a series of “Fakebook” (Classtools) posts from around 2015. I realize that you support & practice racism and Anti-Zionism 24/7 (not to mention being offended by Gary McNamara 24/7), but don’t use Antisemitism to justify your hate against the OS. I assume you’re already watching the Anti-Zionism practiced on “The Ed Wynn Show”. Lastly, if you’re fixated on “Germanfest” and want to support its racism, tie that into your Trump beliefs. Go ahead, we all know who’s posting under the “MAGA” handle anyway.
