Original Song Title:

"Oh, Christmas Tree"

Original Performer:

German Traditional

Parody Song Title:

"Oh, Diva Dear"

Parody Written by:

Todd Corliss and T.J. Spindler

The Lyrics

This parody was helped by T.J. Spindler. We met each other in a library, and we made this.
Oh, Diva dear
Oh, Diva dear
You wrote that cool song "Bad Toys"

Oh, Diva dear
Oh, Diva dear
You have a really nice voice.

You and Wild Man at your 'pad'
Your parodies are real rad!

Oh, Diva dear,
Oh, Diva dear,
How happy you make us boys!

Advice to Diva: ignore this. Remember what happened to Johnny D & Spaff.com after their T.J. tributes.

Yeah - What Bob said, 'cept I didn't score you as high. It must have taken you what, a whole one or two minutes to write this? So I gave some one and two votes.

To whom it may concern:
People are fed up the spam games. The amiright authors can see through this transparent sham. It's time to take your playtime elsewhere. Nobody is buying into it!

Static - My opinion would be that this entire thread be deleted.
Diva - December 14, 2003 - Report this comment
In my opinion, TJ should be deleted. We should all face the fact that we've all been dooped by this TJ person. Yes, everyone played along, and made nice with Spindler. Time to say: GAME OVER! And yes this IS the real DIVA!

Case: A mystery author has been putting “spam” parodies on the website amiright.com. Spaff.com’s name has been stolen, aka “parody identity theft,” and the name “Ghetto Chris and Monoco John” is being used, most famously for a song about drugs.

Main Suspect: People are pointing at TJ Spindler, a site user for seven months who has claimed to be ten. He is known to use very… um… childish (uh…) words in parodies, and also not know a few things (e.g. “pot” and “weed” are the same thing). After reading the “Drugs” parody of Ghetto Chris and Monoco John (which, by the way, is how people say he spells it), it looks like it was written by somebody who doesn’t know the difference. Meanwhile, famous parody writers such as Guy DiRito and Diva are petitioning for TJ’s removal from the web site. TJ has a brother, Christian, who plays tricks on him every once in a while, such as the feud between Static and TJ in the early summer.

Clues: The parody definitely looks like it was written by TJ, but he would definitely not do something in such “horrid taste,” as The Loosekanen says. Because, in his parody located at http://www.amiright.com/parody/misc/traditional334.shtml, two comments include Johnathan C. telling TJ that Monaco Chris died a few months ago, and TJ showing remorse and grief (though I suppose anyone can do that). And though TJ (or at least his username) has been known to get people mad before (like Static), in the parody located at http://www.amiright.com/parody/2000s/blink18283.shtml, the two trade insults before a person named “XXXSex” breaks it up, saying he did the fake comments, saying “I was pranking with him.” So, either Spindler could be doing this. Now, let’s go back to the “Drugs” parody, which is located at http://www.amiright.com/parody/2000s/traditional5.shtml. Mouse over the three links located at the bottom of the parody. They are all links to (likely, you can check if you’re perverted, I’m not) porn sites. TJ is all but eliminated, as he messes up on links a lot. Also, remember his brother’s old username? XXXSex. There. I have checked TJ’s comment at http://www.amiright.com/parody/2000s/adamsandler9.shtml, and deduced that he is only promoting his brother. TJ has promoted his brother before now, so I have concluded that is it.

Verdict: The criminal is Christian Spindler, aka XXXSex. All of the clues point to him. Also, he may be the one to have stolen Spaff’s username, as he steals names, and is the only one to ever have been caught doing that here. For example, a since deleted parody named “There’s Cream Cheese on the Mayor” sounds very much like one of them. Of course, maybe TJ’s parodies were stolen by his brother and put on the website. Anyway, it is an appalling joke. Now that the OTHER Sherlock has figured it out, I want to reveal who I am. My name is…

Static.

Believe what you wish, Static. Please don't ever say, that you were not warned. Many of the adults here have children, and can clearly see that this behavior is childish, but not that of a child. There is a difference. Perhaps, as you grow older and wiser you will see. I understand that you are trying to defend someone you view as a freind. It is to your advantage, not to trust someone you've met online.
