Thanks, everyone! Royce: I've lived in "green acres", and the freaks hang out there, too. Alvin: there are freaks and then there's freaks, my friend. Kristof: Welcome back! John: Oh, can I please? Stephen: you've never heard TOS?! Color me stunned! And yes, I think we've all had (or even been) one of those neighbors. I'm just particularly annoyed with mine these days.
