The Lyrics

Some questions you REALLY don't want answered......DKTOS? Here's the original.
(Der..dumbass, a dumbass, a dumbass, dodo!)

Oooooh, Doug!
Who's Doug? (x3)
Why did you call me Doug?

Why don't you...plee-ease explain?
The moment I made you come again
Why did you call me Dou-oug?

Why...are there strange socks under the rug?
Why don't you...want to hug?
Why did you call me Dou-oug?

Love's not a quiz-show game
And I've not changed my name
Sex with you is cool, but gee...
Do I need I.D?

Clarify....
Or I'll cry

Why do girls...ge-et away
With saying, "I've had a long, hard day,
That's why I called you Dou-oug"?
Why...does our mail-man look really smug?
Why's there two coffee mugs?
Was that latte for Dou-oug?

Why do you act...flippant, coy and sweet?
I come home...each day to clean sheets!
Clarify..
Don't deny...
Why did you call me Doug?

Normally I'd say that I.D is better than V.D, but since I'm sure you'll get V:d a lot for this one you might have to doug deep to be cool with that. VVV.

Maybe she was fooling around with the magician Doug Henning and he made her sexual frustration disappear. (Yes, I know he's dead now. And while I don't know anything about his personal life, in retrospect he sure seemed gay.) But you can pull these fives out of a hat.

A perfect illustration for this would be that Far Side cartoon with BEWARE OF DOUG. Nice job, man.

if it makes you feel better KR, her mailman's been complaining that she sometimes calls him Kristof (er, no that wouldn't make you feel better now I think about it)
loved the I.D. ref, and the 2 coffee mugs, and I just love the name Doug - it's funny on its own for some reason, and it's another addition to McKludge's collection of "love" subs - 555
