It was November 2021, to be exact.
(As of 8/8/2022 AD @ 3:56PM.) 14 people agree that Huggy Wuggy is too hideous to exist.
The person who designed (he who must not be talked about) must've been really freakin' high.
Theory: The reason they made Huggy Wuggy's face that hideous is to discourage younger children (let's say under 10) from wanting to play it. (And they're doing a pretty good job at it, if you ask me.)
