The Lyrics

Who gave the Lakers wins?
Since "Seven Nine" his fame begins,
It's Magic..

Whose awsome passing skills
Supplied hoop fans with countless thrills?
It's Magic..

When at the age of thirty three years old,
The US Team and him, brought home Olympic gold

Then, who contracted Aids
From reckless sex with many maids?
It's Magic..

And who admitted all
To give the world a wake-up call?
It's Magic..

A basketball icon,
A Hall of Famer,
A man who believes..
This is our tribute to
The Magic, Earvin Johnson weaves

This is our tribute to
The Magic, Earvin Johnson weaves

Excellent, as usual! Extra points for using this good ol' song! 555+++ Reminds me of the time my mother waited all day to see a talk show because Doris Day was going to be on....but it turned out to be Morris Day!

Thanks, on the story...I guess Morris Day was local celebrity...don't think I've heard of him..

I think he was an ex-member of "Princes' " "band" who had a solo career for about 20 seconds.
