I am annoyed by cell phones too, especially when people are talking, texting or accessing the Internet on one while driving. I happened to notice a nursing-home bus driver doing what appeared to be looking at eBay behind the wheel when I was on my way to an all-night kegger with my sister several years ago, and the bus ended up nearly going off the road. 5s to you.
