Russia had czars, followed by Communists. We have communists appointing czars. Shows their ignorance of history. The correct term should be "commissar". But these folks get nothing right. Unfortunately the right can't seem to get anything right either. Maybe someday we'll try that long forgotten American idea: freedom.
I think the term Czar originated out of ancient Rome - it was the Russian tongue that pronounced Caesar as Czar. With so much written about Mr. President on this site maybe he'll appoint a parody Czar and call him the Czar-Tune.
