Parody Song Title:

"Fable Scenes"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

fable scenes...they really ring true
those fables mean...a lesson to you
they were written to show you the things you shouldn't do

the hare was motivatin' over the hill
he stopped in between just to rest and chill
the tortoise was strollin' in a low gear mode
he couldn't outrun but he never slowed
the rabbit could zoom about ninety-five
but slumbered and bumbled...then took a dive

fable scenes...they really ring true
those fables mean...a lesson to you
they were written to show you the things you shouldn't do

the little lad cried, "there's a wolf at the door"
a crowd showed up...and the boy just roared
they got real pouty when he done it again
they treated with scorn...on the third time in
the wolf had shown up...but it did no good
though the boy was cryin' out...like he should

fable scenes...they really ring true
those fables mean...a lesson to you
they were written to show you the things you shouldn't do

some grapes had been found...the fox came 'round
they grew too high...way above the ground
the fox got cocky and the critter said
"i shall not consume 'em...i'll ignore instead"
he really wanted...to just have his fill
yet he said he believed they would make him quite ill

fable scenes...they really ring true
those fables mean...a lesson to you
they were written to show you the things you shouldn't do

I love Aesop! How about doing a whole series of these, using the same OS?

Alvin - Please toss this parody into the briar patch - NOT. Heavy on the "fable" and nil on the "feeble". Another instant classic here, my friend. Fable-ness fives.
