Slippery Streets, Tires Sliding
In the lanes, cars colliding
A pitiful sight,
People panicked with fright
Cause we're drivin through a blizzard once again
Slower speeds, blood pressure rising
At this rate, it's not surprising
that we face unafraid
another hour delay
cause we're drivin through a blizzard once again
Up ahead now I can see a tow truck
The driver's face you know a smile can be found
he'll say hundred bucks and we'll say no luck
cause I'm completely broke no money is around
Later on, we'll expire
As we change, a flattened tire
For the plans we have made
We might as well throw away
Cause we're drivin through a blizzard once again

It's been unusually cold this year. Frost warnings in mid-May in Kansas City. I just turned the heat on again before sitting down to watch a documentary on global warming. My guess is we'll be singing your song in July before much longer.
