Wasn't the original performed by Sammy Davis Jr? I think it was.
Good idea; some good lines. Would've been better if it rhymed more; that really makes a big difference.
I dunno, it was kinda hard to follow, so I'm gonna give you a low grade on pacing...later.
I thought it was pretty funny... but then I've got an odd sense of humour. I do hope that the gods of Earth and Sea don't mind their names being misspelt, though ;-)
