There was privacy.

You know my travels, my daily routine.
You know each charge that I pay.
All of my grades since I was five years old
Are in your dossier.

And there's something more - you keep my credit score.
There is nothing on me you can't vet.
You use all your tech to keep vigilant check
Where I go when I'm on the 'net.

You know my mother's old boyfriends by name,
Each time my words aren't P.C.,
Which way I've voted since seventy-two,
To my car you have a key!
I thank my stars that my government's
Here to protect me from me!
